Watermelon smoothie

Quick Cheap Tasty - Watermelon smoothie



ingredients: 

- 1/4 watermelon (from the fridge, cold) 
- a few leaves of mint 

Separate from  the peel watermelon and cut into cubes. 
The whole mix to a smooth paste. 
Add mint leaves and mix again. 
Drink right away.

Mango and strawberries smoothie (lactose free)

Quick Cheap Tasty - Mango and strawberries smoothie (lactose free)

ingredients: 

- 1 mango (peeled) 
- a handful of strawberries (or more) 
- soy milk 
- optional: mint leaves, lemon juice


Wash mango and strawberry . 
Remove stems from strawberries and peel mango. 
Toss fruits into a bowl and blend into a homogeneous mass. 
Add soy milk according to taste. 
Serve cold - either add ice cubes when blending or chill after.

Honey melon - mango smoothie


Honey melon - mango smoothie


ingredients: 

- 1 peeled mango 
- 1/2 a  honey melon
- water for dilution (this is quite sweet) 

Optional: ice cubes 


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 
Mix until all is thick and smooth. 
When this is too thick or too sweet add water or plant milk.
Cool in the refrigerator or add ice cubes.

Banana peanut butter smoothie



Banana peanut butter smoothie


ingredients (for 2 people): 

- 2 bananas 
- a handful of peanuts 
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter 
- oat milk 

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 
Mix until all is thick and smooth. 

Cool in the refrigerator before serving or toss a few ice cubes.

Exotic smoothie


Exotic smoothie


ingredients: 

- 1 mango 
- 1 banana 
- Honey melon 

Peel the banana and cut into slices. 
Peel mango  and separate from the stone. 
Clean melon  from seed, peel the skin and cut into cubes. 
Combine the the ingredients in a blender or food processor. 
Mix until all is thick and smooth. 
When the whole is too sweet, you can add water or sparkling water. 
Cool in the refrigerator or throw ice cubes before serving.

ingredients: 

- half a melon 
- 500g of strawberries 
- a few leaves of mint 


Optional: something to thin, if the whole of it will be too thick - soy milk, mineral water, vermouth

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 
Mix until all is thick and smooth. 

Before serving, you can chill in the refrigerator or toss a few ice cubes.

Caffee smoothie

Coffee smoothie


ingredients:

- 2x espresso doppio 
- 1 banana 
- Soy milk 
- Optional vanilla ice cream or ice cubes 


Combine the coffee, soy milk and a banana in a blender or food processor. 
Mix until all is thick and smooth. 
Add ice cubes or ice cream and mix quickly 
You can possibly chill in the refrigerator.

ingredients: 

- 1 cup pineapple juice (250 ml)
- 1 banana 
- 1mały cup of yogurt (can be omitted, you can use soy milk instead)
- optional ice cubes 


Combine pineapple juice, yogurt and banana in a blender or food processor. 
Mix until all is thick and smooth. 
Cool in a fridge or add ice cubes.

Liqueur of white chocolate

Liqueur of white chocolate


ingredients:

- 100 g of white chocolate 
- 200 ml whipping cream 
- Vodka / spirit 


Chocolate dissolve by heating together with the cream. 
Stir well. 
Cool. 
Add vodka. Dilute spirit by preference (eg 50/50 with cream). 

Store in a refrigerator.

Detox water

Quick, easy and very refreshing.


Detox water


ingredients:

- celery leaves (I had frozen and I can not say how many there were)
- juice of one lime
- a little bit of home peppermint syrup
- water


Squeeze of lime juice and toss celery leaves To the container.
Blend and slowly add water.
When the leaves are mixed (smaller pieces) add syrup (about a teaspoon).

Chill in the refrigerator.
Drink when it is extremely hot with ice cubes!
