ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g of butter
- 100g sugar (I gave 80g)
- A little vanilla (I added two sachets of Dr. Oetker)
- 100g ground almonds
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour (can be omitted)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath.
Set aside and cool.
Add the sugar, almonds, vanilla, and a whole mix.
Then eggs, one at a time and mix until smooth.
Continue stirring add the flour and baking powder.
Put it into a mold.
Bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
