Danish toast with cheese and ham


ingredients: 

- 1 egg yolk 
- yellow cheese 
- ham 
- 50-60 g of soft butter 

Cut cheese and ham into small cubes. 

In a bowl combine the butter and one egg yolk. 
The whole must form a homogeneous mass. 

Put all the ingredients together and combine them so it will be like a butter paste. 
Smear each slice of bread with a paste.
Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
