Gluten-free banana bread
- 3 cups of corn flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ginnamon, ginger and other spices
- 4 eggs
- bananas (I added 3 large)
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Peel banana and toss together with the sugar into a bowl.
Blend into a homogeneous mass.
Add eggs and mix whole again.
In the second smaller bowl, mix all the loose ingredients - flour, baking soda, spices.
Slowly add the those ingredients to the banana mass.
Into the dough you can also add nuts and various dried fruits.
Bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
