Cucumber spaghetti with soya yogurt
ingredients:
- a piece of cucumber snake (can be whole, then our spaghetti will be longer)
- Salt, pepper, chili flakes
- soya yogurt
Mix yogurt with spices and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
Insert for approx. 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Wash cucumber and cut thin strips using special pealer.
Ready!
