Tart with beets, feta cheese and mint


ingredients:

- pack of puff pastry
- cooked beets
- feta cheese
- mint leaves
- olive oil
- salt, pepper

Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator or freezer about 1 hour before preparing food.
It must be soft otherwise it will break up or other disasters await us!
Beets cook, you can the day before to almost tender.
Cut into thin slices, which should cover the bottom of the tart.
Crumble cheese on top and sprinkle with mint leaves.
The whole skroić olive oil and season to taste.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
ps. i forgot about mint : p
