Nutella chocolate ice cream




Nutella chocolate ice cream


ingredients:


- 500 ml of milk 
- 2 yablespoons of Nutella
- 1 bar of dark chocolate
- 3 egg yolks 
- 1/2 cup sugar 
- 100 ml liqueur

optional: heavy cream

Boil the milk with nutella and leave to cool. 
Melt the chocolate in microwave oven with cream or in a water bath. 
Separate yolks from the egg whites and mix with sugar until the mixture is light in color and becomes fluffy. 
Gradually add the beaten egg yolks to the warm milk, stirring constantly. 
Re-heat the whole to about 80 degrees. 
Allow to cool. 
Add melted chocolate and liqeuer. 

Freeze overnight. 
Remove 10-15 minutes before administration of the freezer.
