Toffee nuts muffins
ingredients:
- 1 1/3 glass of corn flour
- 1 packaging of baking powder
- 3 spoon cocoa
- 1 glass of sugar (caster sugar)
- 1 dark chocolate
- 1 glass of milk (i used 1.5%)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 glass of sunfloweroil
- vanilla extract
filling:
- fudge/toffee can
- peanuts, almonds, walnuts
Warm toffee in a water bath or in the microwave and mix with nuts.
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them with spoon.
In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients (using fork).
Combine the wet with dry with a spoon and add the chocolate.
At the bottom of muffin papers place some dough, then toffee-nuts mix.
Cover with remaining dough.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
