Tart with carrots

Tart with carrots



ingredients:

- Pack of puff pastry
- Carrots (lengthwise along)
- Gorgonzola cheese



Spread the dough on a baking sheet.
Peel carrots, wash and cut lengthwise.
Dry  and put on the cake.
Sprinkle with chunks of gorgonzola or other cheese.

Place in the warm oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
