Gluten-free chocolate muffins
serves 12
ingredients:
- 1 1/3 glass of corn flour
- 1 packaging of baking powder
- 3 spoon cocoa
- 1 glass of sugar (caster sugar)
- 1 dark chocolate
- 1 glass of milk (i used 1.5%)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 glass of sunflower oil
- vanilla extract
Put all the dry ingredients in a one bowl and mix them (with a spoon).
In the second bowl mix all wet ingredients.
Combine wet with dry using a spoon add the chocolate.
Bake around 20 mins in 200 degrees celcius.
