Yogurt corn cake (gluten free)


Yogurt corn cake (gluten free)


ingredients:

- 1 and 1/3 cup corn flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of natural yoghurt
- honey
- oil


Mix the above ingredients in a bowl and using a spoon to form the dough.
Put the dough into the the baking form and bake for about 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Cool down and then eat with jam, confiture
