Turkey with bananas


Turkey with bananas


we need: 

- turkey  or chicken breast
- 3 sweet cream, each of 200 ml 
- 250 grams of grated cheese 
- 2 tablespoons ketchup 
- 2 tablespoons curry 
- 3 tablespoons flaked almonds 
- Bananas in an amount to cover the meat 
- Salt and pepper to taste 

Cut meat into narrow, oblong slices. 
Season and lightly fry on both sides. 
Fried meat lay side by side in an ovenproof dish, arrange half of the bananas and pour sauce prepared earlier. 

Bake 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
