Fat-free banana-coconut pancakes


Fat-free banana-coconut pancakes


for 2 people need: 

- 1 egg 
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut 
- 1 banana 
- 1/2 tsp caster sugar 

Into a bowl add two tablespoon of coconut, an egg and blend whole into a homogeneous mass. 
Add banana cut into smaller pieces, mix again. 
Add the sugar. 

Fry on both sides until golden.
