Sunflower salsa
we need:
- A handful of sunflower seeds
- A little bit of soy sauce
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 chilli
Roast sunflower in a pan.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce and lime juice.
Add finely chopped chilli.
At the end of the add roasted sunflower seeds.
Mix everything and set aside at least an hour.
Serve with fish.
