Pork loin roasted in salt
- a piece of pork loin
- salt
- casserole
Wash loin, dry and cut all the pellicles.
Weigh meat.
To a casserole dish pour exactly the same amount of salt as the meat weighs.
My pork loin weighed about a kilo so I used 1kg of salt.
Bake at 160 degrees as much time as the meat weighs.
1kg is 1h in the oven.
