Choco cake with cherries (gluten-free)


Choco cake with cherries (gluten-free)


we need: 

- 3 eggs 
- 100 g of sugar 
- 150 g of ground nuts 
- 150g of chocolate 

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. 
Add nuts and chocolate. 
Mix until combined. 
The add to the mold. 


Bake 30 minutes at 160 degrees. 
Cool down. 

Top with cherries. 

1/4 liter of juice mixed with corn starch or jelly. 
Pour over top of cake.
