Butter squash roasted in herbs

ingredients: 

- 1 butter squash
- a blend of herbs - oregano, curry, paprika, salt, pepper, etc. 
- olive oil 


Peel the pumpkin  and get rid of seeds. 
Cut into pieces (squares), wash and dry. 
Preheat oven to 160 degrees (hot air). 
Lay baking parchment paper and spread pumpkin. 
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices. 
Mix. 

Bake 20-30 minutes until soft. 

So roasted squash may be either in addition to dinner or an main dish.
