Bread spread of sunflower seeds
Ingredients:
- 250g sunflower seeds
- A few dried tomatoes in oil
- A few leaves of wild garlic, garlic can be replaced
- Salt, pepper
- A little bit of oil / olive oil
Put the sunflowers seeds in water overnight (they should be covered).
The next day wash with cold water, drain and put in a blender.
Add other ingredients and blend to a homogenous mass.
Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
