ingredients:
- 4 medium kohlrabi
- flour
- grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- milk
- Dill (chopped)
- The fat for frying
- Salt, pepper
Peel kohlrabi and grate on a coarse mesh on a grater or in a food processor.
Rinse, dry and season with salt and pepper - set aside for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, combine an eggs until smooth, add the flour and cheese and dill.
Mix and add the kohlrabi.
In a skillet heat a little fat.
Put a teaspoon of "dough" on a pan and fry on both sides over low heat until they are golden!
