Zucchini in curry sauce


Zucchini in curry sauce


ingredients: 

- 2 courgettes (or more) 
- 2 carrots 
- a tablespoon of butter 
- spoon flour 
- milk 
- salt and pepper colored 
- curry 
- hot peppers 

First dealt with the pepper corns, which does not fit any grinder. 
In an act of revenge I treated him with pestle;) 

Trim the ends of zucchini and carrots, wash the vegetables. 
Cut zucchini into slices 2 cm thick. 
Cut carrots lengthwise into four parts

Preheat grill pan or normal. 
On a hot pan put slices of courgette, you can spread a little oil and season with salt and pepper. 
Periodically rotate the vegetables to be equally browned. 

Prepare the curry sauce. 
In a saucepan warm tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of flour. 
Add a little milk and mix all the time. 
Season in with curry, paprika, salt and pepper.

Put vegetables on a plate and pour the sauce over. 
You can either eat it with rice or pasta.
