Yellow peppers cream
ingredients:
- kilo of yellow peppers
- vegetable broth
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
- chilli or dried chilli flakes
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees.
Cut peppers in half and hollow cores.
Put the peppers on baking sheet and bake until soft (it should come away easily from the skin).
Peel them.
Toss into the pot add broth and cook.
Blend the soup.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into bowls and sprinkle with fresh chili pepper or chilli flakes.
Drizzle with oil.
