Greek ice cream with white chocolate


ingredients: 

- 500 ml of milk (I use 1.5% but you can use with more fat)
- about 300 g Greek yogurt 
- cup of heavy cream 
- 3 egg yolks 
- 2 plates of white chocolate 
- vanilla sugar 
- 1/2 cup sugar 



Boil milk with vanilla sugar, set aside and leave to cool. 
Separate the yolks from the egg whites and beat with 1/2 cup sugar until it is light and fluffy. 
Dissolve the chocolate in the cream - in order to heat the two components over low heat or melt in microwave. 

Combined  milk with chocolate cream. 
Slowly combine the liquid part of the egg yolks, stirring constantly. 
Boil it untill abot 80 degrees and cool.
When cold add the whole Greek yogurt and mix with a spoon. 


Freeze overnight.
