Affogato al Caffe
ingredients:
- Vanilla or cream ice cream (also vegan)
- A cup of espresso or strong coffee
- Optional: liqueur
- Optional: sugar
- Optional: other flavors of ice cream chocolate, peanut etc
Into a cup or glass insert a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
At this time prepare espresso and pour it over the ice cream
Coffee immediately gets pleasantly cool and bitter taste perfectly connects with the sweetness of ice cream.
If you still want to sweeten your coffee, do it immediately after brewing.
Do not mix your affogato.
