Home made mango ice cream


Home made mango ice cream


ingredients: 

- 500 ml of milk 
- 2 mangoes 
- 3 egg yolks 
- 1/2 cup sugar 
- 100 ml orange liqueur 

Boil the milk and leave to cool. 
Peel Mango, separated from the stone and blend into a homogeneous mass. 
Separate yolks from the egg whites and mix with sugar until the mixture is light in color and becomes fluffy. 
Gradually add the beaten egg yolks to the warm milk, stirring constantly. 
Re-heat the whole to about 80 degrees. 
Allow to cool. 
Add blended mango and orange liqueur. 
Freeze overnight. 
Remove 10-15 minutes before administration of the freezer.
