Creamy soup of butternut squash
ingredients:
- one pumpkin butter, peeled
- twig of rosemary
- salt, pepper
- cinnamon, curry, pepper, chilli flakes
Cook pumpkin in lightly salted water with rosemary until tender.
Blend whole untill smooth.
Season to taste.
Serve hot.
