Stuffed peaches

Quick Cheap Tasty - Stuffed peaches

Stuffed peaches

Ingredients

- peaches (from the tin)
- tuna (from the tin)
- yogurt or mayo
- capers (I used them only as a decoration)
- salt, pepper, herbs
parsley (chopped)


Drain the peaches and tuna. 
Mince the tuna (with the fork) i mix with yogurt (or mayo), add capers and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
The best is to prepare the filling one day before, but at least put it for aroud 15 minutes in the fridge.
Fill the halves of peaches with the tuna-yogurt mix.
