Chops of salmon, millet, zucchini and carrot (gluten free, lactose free)


ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- about 400 g fillet of salmon (may be different fish)
- 1 zucchini, grated and drained of excess water
- 1 carrot, grated
- salt, pepper
- 1 cup of millet
- eventually millet flour, if the chops mix is not sticky enough


Remove the skin from the fillet.
Blend fish to a uniform mass.
Add to the bowl taken together zucchini, carrots and spices.
Push the eggs.
Mix.

At that time, cook a glass of millet (in about two cups of water).
It will be even better if it's overcooked porridge - after cooling blend it.
Mousse of porridge, add to the mix and knead tinned vegetable cutlets.

If the total is too thin, you need to add millet flour.
Then when cooking a whole will not come apart.

You can cook, fry or bake in the oven.
I I fried in the pan after about 10 minutes on each side over medium heat.
