Home made sausage cooked in beer


Home made sausage cooked in beer
with garlic and fresh rosemary


ingredients: 

- home made sausage without preservatives and enhancers (the art or more per person) 
- 500 ml beer 
- a sprig of rosemary 
- garlic 
- aalt, pepper 
- fat for frying 

Cut  sausages and fry together with the garlic and rosemary. 
Pour beer, season with salt and pepper to taste. 
Cook over low heat until all is soft about 20 minutes.

Serve hot.
