- 1 kohlrabi
- 3 carrots
- 9 eggs
- Salt, pepper
- Fresh herbs
- Grated cheese
- Oil for frying
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Peel vegetables, wash and cut into pieces.
Fry in a pan.
To the bowl add eggs and beat lightly.
Grease lightly Casserole.
Toss vegetables and pour the eggs.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until the top will turn golden
