Today I invite you for a sweat treat - advent cookies.
Crunchy with a delicate hint of chocolate and cinnamon.
Ideal for coffee.
ingredients:
- 125 g almond flour
- 100g coconut flour
- 100g butter/other fat
- 5 tablespoons poudre douce (medieval mix of spices)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
Mix loose ingredients in a bowl.
Add the butter, cut into small cubes.
Knead the dough.
Shape it into a ball, put it back in the bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Detached pieces of dough and form spheres.
Lay on a baking sheet, lightly nip and make a pattern with a fork.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
180 degrees, hot air.
