Meatballs from buckwheat and turkey with zucchini and carrots (gluten free, lactose free)
ingredients:
- cup buckwheat flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 zucchini
- 3/4 carrot
- meat (turkey, chicken)
- half an onion
- two small cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper
Grate zucchini and carrots (large mesh) and squeeze out excess water from zucchini.
In a separate container grind meat - I have used blender.
Best is to mix meat with onion and garlic.
Mix all ingredients with flour and eggs.
Shape into balls, flatten slightly.
And now I have two suggestions: you can fry or cook.
Select your favorite one.
I did both - they are delicious.
