ingredients:
- 2 zucchini
- 1 egg
- flour
- salt, pepper
- feta cheese
- milk
- the fat for frying
Grate zucchini without ending parts.
Put into a bowl and season with salt heavily.
Leave for about 30 minutes.

In another bowl, break an egg and pour in the milk.

Season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet heat a little fat and pour it into the batter.

Fry on both sides until golden-brown.

Fry covered.
