Curried eggs



ingredients: 

- 2 large onions 
- 1 egg (or more) per person 
- curry 
- fresh herbs such as parsley, dill, etc. 


Peel and cut the onion in slices. 
Fry it on the pan. 
Add curry and cool. 
Put that into a casserole dish. 
On top knock the eggs. 
Bake in a preheated oven (200 degree) for about 15 minutes.
