Spanish tomato sauce


Spanish tomato sauce

ingredients:

- 2 cans of tomatoes
- grilled paprika (can be from the shop)
- black olives
- garlic
- salt and pepper
- bread without crust (start with one slice)
- olive oil
- a tablespoon of red wine

Put all ingredients in to a food processor and mix. Season with salt and pepper. 
Voila! Although the sauce tastes better the day after.
It is delicious warm and cold. 
With meat, pizza or various starters.

Chocolate - Almond Tart (gluten-free)

I have said ''thank you'' to sweets some time ago, but I love them bake them.
Cakes, mostly chocolate, I bake for my Husband.
However he always improves my pastries;).
For me: chocolate cake, with a noticeable aroma of cocoa, sweet i could say too sweet.
For him: Nutella on top!
This is the thing that I will never understand ;)

Well my Husband loves all kinds of sweets.
Gingerbread, chocolate, chocolates, muffins, cakes, cheesecakes, marzipan ...

Thus, I invite you today over for a cake.
Of course, chocolate!



Quick Cheaep Tasty -  Chocolate - Almond Tart

ingredients:

- 100g dark chocolate
- 100 g of butter
- 100g sugar (I gave 80g)
- a little vanilla (I added two sachets of Dr. Oetker)
- 100g ground almonds
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour (can be omitted)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath.
Cooldown.
Add the sugar, almonds, vanilla, and a whole mix.
Add eggs, one at a time and mix until smooth.
Continue stirring add the flour and baking powder.


Put it into a baking form.
Bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Rolled lasagna with pumpkin and almonds



ingredients:
 
- slices of lasagna
- pumpik purree 
- ground almonds
- tomato passata
- herbs
- salt and pepper
- hot peppers
- optional: cheese casserole

Boil lasagna slices in salted water.
On each patch spread purree pumpkin, sprinkle with almonds.
Roll up and cut in half.
For a casserole dish, pour tomato passata.
To measure put half lasagna.
Sprinkle with herbs.
 
Optionally, you can sprinkle with cheese at the end of cooking.
 
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Lavash with sesame seeds and oregano


ingredients:

- 200g flour
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano (I added a blend of Provencal herbs)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame white
- 1 teaspoon black sesame
- 125 ml of water
- 60 ml olive oil



From ingredients above knead the dough.
Let it stand aside for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Roll out the dough (quite thin) - you can also cut out circles, squares from it.
Spread the top with a bit of olive oil.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 165 degrees.

Quick Pumpkin - celery soup


Experiment!
Green Hokkaido pumpkin.
It"s color is a little bit unusual, but it tastes delicious

ingredients:

- 1 onion cut into small cubes
- 1 pumpkin
- 1/2 celery
- 600 - 800 ml of water
- salt and pepper
- freshly grated nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
- natural yogurt
- roasted pumpkin seeds
- a little bit of freshly chopped coriander


Fry 
onions briefly in a hot pan.
Add celery, pumpkin and fry it over low heat (without fat).
Then add water (preferably hot) and cook for about 30 minutes covered.
When the vegetables are soft blend a smooth, thick soup.
Season to taste (add chopped coriander or not).

Serve hot decorated blob of yogurt and pumpkin seeds.

Salad with rice noodles

ingredients:

- pack of rice noodles
- a cucumber
- shrimps (about 800g)
- yogurt
- a little bit of mayonnaise
- salt, pepper


In a saucepan boil salted water.
Hot, but not boiling water, toss pasta and wait about 5 minutes.

Drain and cut.
Shrimp and cucumber wash and cut into smaller pieces.

Mix in a bowl of noodles.
Prepare the sauce.
Mix yogurt with mayonnaise and spices.
Mix all ingredients.

ingredients: 

- Piece of ginger 
- Hot water 


optional: 

- honey / sugar 
- lemon juice 


Cut in slices or grate on grater peeled ginger.
Toss into a glass. 
Pour hot water. 
Wait a while until it brews. 
When will a bit cooler can add honey and lemon juice. 
I mostly drink solo. 

Drink a few glasses throughout the day.

Buttermilk-butter cake
Ingredients for cake:

- 4 cups of flour
- 3 cups of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- packaging baking powder
- pack of vanilla sugar

topping:

- 2 packs of almonds (flakes)
- cup sugar
- vanilla sugar

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
The dough should be slightly smooth.
Pour onto the baking sheet (the one with the oven) lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with a mixture of almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Insert an oven preheated to 175 degrees. Bake 15 minutes.

At this time melt 125g of butter degrees. After 15 minutes in the oven, pour the dough with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes.

Fanta cake

ingredients:

- cup of oil
- cup of Fanta
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 cups of sugar
- pack of baking powder
- pack of vanilla sugar 

You can also add lemon and orange aroma or zest!

Warm the oven to 200 degrees.

In a big bowl put all ingredients, one after another and mix them. 

Put the cake in a baking form (that is not greased).
Bake for 20 minutes. Cool it down in a slightly opened oven.

Kaki with orange and blue cheese

ingredients:

- 2 kaki fruits
- 1 orange
- roasted almonds / pumpkin seeds
- Oil / linseed oil
- crema balsamico
- cheese

Cut kaki and orange into thin slices. 
Roast almonds in a frying pan without fat.
Arrange slices on a platter kaki, orange slices. 
Add crumbled cheese. 
Sprinkle with almonds.
Drizzle a little with oil and balsamic vinegar.

ingredients:

- 4 carrots 
- A piece of ginger root  (cut into slices or grated) 
- A piece of red chilli 
- salt 
- pepper 
- yogurt 
- parsley / coriander to taste and decoration 

Wash and peel the carrots. 
Cut into smaller particles - slices or rings. 
Cook in small amount of salted water. 
Add the ginger and chilli. 
When the carrots are soft, add 2 tablespoons of millet and cook until soft. 
All mix and season to taste. 

Serve with a blob of yogurt and necessarily with parsley or cilantro.

Asparagus tart

Asparagus tart


we need:

- pack of puff pastry
- 500 g asparagus
- 2 eggs
- reduced fat white cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat greek plain yogurt
- salt, pepper
- herbs


Remove puff pastry from the refrigerator  or from the freezer before cooking.
Leave it for a long time at room temperature - taken directly from the refrigerator is highly ductile and brittle.
Place it in cake/tart form, puncture the bottom with a fork and bake at 200 degrees until it is golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing.
Cut the asparagus tips off.
Peel the white asparagus, green no.
Cut into smaller pieces and thrown into the boiling, salted water (so they will cook faster).
When they are soft drain off and cool down.

Throw into a bowl of cottage cheese, mash with a fork and add the yogurt and spices.
Beat in two whole eggs and mix.

On the bottom we put cheese curd and arrange the asparagus pieces.

Cherry tomatoes and other vegetables can also be added.

on the bottom of need: 

- A cup of plain yogurt 
- 2 cups of flour  
- 3 eggs beaten with a fork 
- 2 teaspoons of powder 
- 1/3 cup oil yoghurt pots 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl,  move the whole mix into tin lined with baking paper. 
You can also toss all sorts of fruit. 

on sprinkles need: 

- 1 tablespoon butter 
- 2 tablespoons of sugar 
- 2 tablespoons coarse flour 

Knead all ingredients with your hand in a bowl, you can add more sugar or flour to the sprinkle.
Bake 45 min at 180 degrees
